New Member Enrollment Process

Enrollment Information

• Age requirement: 16 years old and above.
• Method: Register on the Waiting List.
• Enrollment periods:
  • Enrollment periods are conducted after each Kyu examination organized by the club.
  • Expected enrollment periods are:
    • Spring (April)
    • Fall (October)

Tip

The enrollment coordinator will contact you through the waiting list (Messenger, Zalo, or Phone) that you provided to remind you of the gathering date 2 weeks in advance.

Monthly Fees

Da Nang Kendo Club is a non-profit club. Members only need to pay for venue fees and other operational costs as specified in Rules - I. Monthly Fees

Uniforms and Required Equipment

• For Shinai (Bamboo sword): The club has a limited number of Shinai available for new members to use during the first month.
• For training uniforms: New members may wear flexible sportswear suitable for training during the first two months.

Note

In case the number of registered members exceeds the available Shinai, the club will require new members to prepare their own Shinai.

For those who want to quickly obtain uniforms and equipment for training, please refer to Rules - III. Uniforms and Required Equipment to avoid purchasing non-compliant items.
